Part One
The Voices That Prevail
If there was such a thing as a hidden “thought cam” attached to our minds can you imagine what it would capture at any given moment in a day? There are “wars” waged daily on the battleground of our minds. Thoughts of the kind we should “bring into captivity” (according to the wisdom of 1 Corinithians 10:5). They march about relentlessly. Unfortunately we rarely recognize them, even as they make their way from our subconscious mind to our mouths! Self-talk! Self-sabotaging dialogues hold us captive before we notice.
I want to notice!
I have asked the Lord to heighten my awareness of these “daily dialogues” and open the eyes of my heart to see Him and hear HIS voice--The Voice of Truth, in every situation.
Only then will I be able to “SPEAK LIFE”!
To “SPEAK LIFE” to dead circumstances.
To “SPEAK LIFE” to dying hope.
To “SPEAK LIFE” to buried dreams.
To “SPEAK LIFE” to drowning strugglers.
To “SPEAK LIFE” in all things; to all men.
As I journal these dialogues I challenge you to ask the Lord to heighten YOUR awareness of the “conversations” that hold YOU captive and I invite you to share them here!
Let’s seek His Voice together! The Truth will set us FREE!

"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
The Voice of Judgment: Do you remember that time you...? Yes. You know the time! How about when you...? Ahhh...yes. You remember well!
Who will hold "you" up while you reach your hand out to help another on these pages? Indeed! What about the "next" verse in your quote? (lest you forget) - " But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up."
The Voice of Truth - It Is Written: I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust!" ( Ps 91:2) He will "command His angels concerning me, to guard me in all my ways. They will lift me up in their hands,l est I strike my foot against a stone." (Ps 91:11-12)
I will "preserve sound judgement and discernment and not let them out of my sight." They will be "life to my soul and grace to my neck." (Prov 3:21-22)
